Payroll & PAYE
You will need to register for PAYE if any of the following apply to you:
-
You have an employee(s) earning £107 per week or above.
-
You have an employee(s) earning below £107 per week but they have another job alongside this.
-
Your employee(s) are receiving a company or state pension.
-
Your employee(s) are receiving benefits from the company
-
You have your own limited company and are wishing to pay yourself or your employee(s) a wage/salary.
If you need to register for PAYE, you can do so up to 4 weeks in advance of the first pay day. We can take care of the registration for you, and manage the payroll information using our payroll software.
Once you are registered, how and when you choose to pay your employees is up to you. Just send the payroll information to us, and we will calculate your employees’ wages, and send you their payslips for the period. We will also calculate any PAYE due to HMRC, and let you know how and when to pay this, ensuring that you never miss a deadline.
Real Time Information (RTI) reporting has been a mandatory part of payroll since 6 April 2013. We’ll make sure that you are always up to date regarding RTI and that HMRC have all the information they need when we run your payroll.
